PFP-IDE Alumni Webinar on U.S. – East Africa Partnerships: 27 May 2021

PFP-IDE U.S. Outbound alum Dr. Macdonald Metzger, Director of Outreach at the University of Minnesota Institute on Community Integration, guides the vice-chancellor of Daystar University in Nairobi through developing a disability studies institute.

PFP-IDE is excited to announce an upcoming webinar on how to build sustainable, independent partnerships between U.S. universities and disability leaders in East Africa. The webinar on Thursday, 27 May at 7:00 PM East Africa Time (12:00 PM U.S. Eastern) will include a panel of Professional Fellows alumni and their U.S. university mentors who have led inclusive employment and education projects that created ongoing learning opportunities for disability champions in both the U.S. and East Africa.
