Dear USBLN partners and allies,
Today the USBLN sponsored report Disabilities and Inclusion has been published by the Center of Talent Innovation.
Using rigorous, nationally-representative data, the Center for Talent Innovation’s report has uncovered that employees with disabilities make up an enormous talent pool.
The research finds that 30 percent of college-educated employees working full-time in white-collar professions in the U.S. have a disability.
In addition to U.S. data, the report spotlights how the experiences of employees with disabilities in Brazil, Germany, India, Japan, and the U.K. differ from the U.S.
USBLN’s sponsorship was generously supported by: 3M, General Motors, McKesson, Merck, Microsoft, and Walgreens Boots Alliance.
USBLN represents over 130 corporations and understands how critical it is to have concrete data and insight. We are proud to be a part of this accomplishment. We encourage you to read and share the report with your colleagues.
Sincerely,
Jill Houghton
President and CEO, USBLN
