Returning to Tanzania, Victoria Lihiru (Spring 2018 cohort), spent a lot of time reflecting on her fellowship experience. After spending five weeks at the Vermont UCEDD in Burlington, she had gained extensive knowledge on United States disability policy, practice, and legislation. In response to the experience, the comparisons, and the best practices gained, Victoria wrote an article to share what she had learned.
